A CHAT WITH GOD

A CHAT WITH GOD

God     : Hello…, did you call me?
Me      : Called you….? No…., Who is this?

God     : This is GOD. I heard your prayers. So I thought I will chat….
Me      : I do pray. Just makes me feel good. I am actually busy now. I am in the midst of something.

God     : What are you busy at? Ants are busy too.
Me     : Don't know. But I can't find free time. Life has become hectic. It's rush hour all the time.

God     : Sure. Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time. Productivity frees it.
Me      : I understand. But I still can't figure out. By the way, I was not expecting YOU to buzz me on instant messaging chat.

God     : Well, I wanted to resolve your fight for time, by giving you some clarity. In this net era, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.
Me      : Tell me, why has life become complicated now?

God     : Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is, what makes it complicated.
Me      : Why are we then constantly unhappy?

God     : Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday.  You are worrying because you are analyzing.  Worrying has become your habit. That's why you are not happy.
Me      : But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

God     : Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.
Me      : But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty...

God     : Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
Me      : If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

God     : Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don't suffer. With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.
Me      : You mean to say such experience is useful?

God     : Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She conducts the test first and delivers the lessons afterwards.
Me      : But still, why should we go through such tests? Why can't we be free from problems?

God     : The “PROBLEMS” are
Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons to Enhance Mental Strength.”
Inner strength comes from Struggle and Endurance, not when you are free from problems.
Me      : Frankly in the midst of so many problems, we don't know where we are heading...

God     : If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Looking outside, you dream.  Looking inside, you awaken. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.
Me      : Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction. What should I do?

God     : Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead. You work with the compass. Let others work with the clock.
Me      : In tough times, how do you stay motivated?

God     : Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.
Me      : What surprises you about people?

God     : When they suffer they ask, "why me?" When they prosper, they never ask "Why me?" Everyone wishes to have truth on their side, but few want to be on the side of the truth.
Me      : How can I get the best out of life?

God     : Face your past without regret.
Handle your present with confidence.
Prepare for the future without fear…!!
Me      : One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.

God     : There are no unanswered prayers. At times the answer is NO.
Me      : Thank you for this wonderful chat. I am so happy to start the New Day with a new sense of inspiration.

God     : Well.  Keep the faith and drop the fear.  Don't believe your doubts and doubt your beliefs. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

Controversy on the Date Of Birth

Controversy on the Date Of Birth

The strange controversy on the issue of the establishment of the actual DOB of the senior most authority of the Army should have consumed so much time, energy and money of the senior officials of the GOI smells of some foul play somewhere in the whole System.

Even a child or an inexperienced person would not take more than five minutes to settle the matter once for all without wasting a single moment. Analyzing the whole story one finds the following points that reflect the various dimensions in very clear perspective.

At the outset:

1) The Candidate in Question, General V.K.Singh was born in an Army Hospital and not in some remote Village Health Care Centre. The army is trained to be meticulous in maintaining the records of births and deaths. Accordingly in case of need, the record of the Army Hospital is the best tool for verification. The record of the Army Hospital confirms that He was born on May 10, 1951.

2) The universally accepted norm of the accepting the School Leaving Certificate is the most authentic proof, for admission to any institution across the Globe. And that His School Leaving Certificate confirms that He was born on May 10, 1951, that leaves nothing for imagination for any establishment.

3) The Adjutant General’s office is supposed to be the official record keeper of the complete establishment of the Army. Naturally they are supposed to verify all possible particulars with the original documents at the time of registering a particular Date in their records before they need to certify the same…! Their record confirms that his DOB is May 10, 1951, as certified in the SLC.

4) The MS office being only a duplicate source just for double checking the records reflects the DOB as May 10, 1950. This is where the source of the whole trouble lies.

5) Now what is the authenticity of the records of the MS Office of the Army? The concerned officials say that they have recorded this date because this particular date was mentioned in the Application form for admission to the NDA. That anyone may write anything in the Application Form and the establishment will agree to the same. Is it justified?

6) The rule says that at the time of admission and joining the course to any institution, all the candidates have to submit original documents to certify that all the particulars’ given in the Application Form were Correct. This is a universal rule and applies for admission to any institution. That means the particulars written in the Application form are not supposed to be standard base for verification but unless it is supported by a proper certifying Document. In this case the supporting Document is the School Leaving Certificate. This means that the officer in charge of verification of the Application Forms at the time of admission had not done his duty well at that time for which the whole nation has to suffer now. He should be identified and asked to verify the actual system that he had followed to register the particulars in the Army Records. The signature of the concerned officer would be available in the original Application Form.

7) Will someone take pains to check whether that Application Form, that is in the Army records has been countersigned by some proper authority and to have had verified the DOB with the original School Leaving Certificate or not and whether the copy of the SLC is also attached with it or not. Ideally speaking the same Officer would have sent the details to the MS Office and The Adjutant General’s Office.

8)  Why shouldn’t that Officer have been called up by the Army administration to verify the facts, in the year 2006 when the controversy had just cropped up?

9) As it is evident from the existing  circumstances that it is purely a case of internal administration of the different departments of the Army itself in which now the members of the legislature, executive and judiciary are unnecessarily warming their hands, at the cost of the reputation of the General himself and the institution of the Army as well.…!!

10)                   If today, the MS Office continues to harp on the data of the veracity of the Application Firm then the whole establishment is at fault because the MS office is not performing its duty efficiently as per laid out international norms. The concerned Officers in The MS Office need to be sent for some refreshment course to update their knowledge before they are allowed to raise any voice on the subject.

11)                   Now considering the reverse situation if the Application Form had shown the DOB as May 10, 1950 whereas the School Leaving Certificate would have shown the DOB as May 10, 1951 then probably the whole administration would have made the life of General, a hell and probably he would have been court martialled for the crime.

12)                   It is beyond the comprehension of the common man that why should the necessary correction be made in the records in the earlier years when the candidate had been highlighting the matter and requesting to do the needful.

13)                   Accordingly the following officers namely
a.    The one who was supposed to verify the particulars entered in the Application Form at the time admission, with the original certificates’ should be put in the dock.
b.   The officer in the Military Secretary’s Office who registered the DOB in the records without checking the original certificates should be questioned on the veracity of the job done by him.
c.    All the records related to the DOB of all the employees of the Army, available with the MS Office, should be counter-checked with that of the Adjutant General’s Office. Because prima facie the MS Office has been taking the matter of keeping the records of particulars in a casual manner and they can’t be trusted for future.
d.   Somewhere down the line someone has played a dirty game to consider the record of the MS office as more trust worthy rather than that of the records of the Adjutant General’s Office and also convinced the bureaucracy of the same.
e.    How come the previous two Chiefs of Staff, fell unsuspecting victims to this dirty politics within the Army administration, is just beyond the comprehension to understand as this doesn’t require any rocket science to make a sound judgment about the verification of the actual age of the candidate when so many documents prove it otherwise. Both the Army Chiefs had the Power to attest and get the DOB corrected at the right time.
f.     Accordingly all those individuals who have knowingly or un-knowingly played with the actual DOB of the Gentleman Officer, need to be identified and also court martialled so that in future no one dares to play with the actual records so casually and moreover try to prove a “wrong record” as correct, to the whole nation, not only at the cost of the reputation of the candidate in question but also at the cost of the reputation of the whole institution of the Army itself.

14)                   The million dollar question is what reasons did prompt and convince the MS office a supposed to be responsible authority in the Army establishment to base their allegations on the record of the Army Chief just because he had written the DOB as May 10, 1951 in the Application Form for admission to NDA, and then sticking to this lame excuse.

15)                   The Billion dollar question is that for such a small trivial matter why should have the Ex-Chiefs have even forced General V.K.Singh to accept the wrong DOB to be as correct….?? Was it ethical and professional on their part to do so with their own colleague..? Any competent authority should question the two Ex-Chiefs as to who prompted them to convince the Candidate to accept a wrong DOB to be correct…!!

16)                   The trillion Dollar question is that how come the experts in the bureaucracy also not advice the M.S.Office to correct their records as per the particulars of the School Leaving Certificate, at the very first instance before the matter has been blown up to such great proportions.

17)                   The multi-billion dollar question is that why should a highly competent officer, who is medically fit and on whom the country has spent so much for his training ; be retired one year earlier in advance. In America if required, they even call their retired Generals to take up the charge at specific assignments. But Our Officer is in active life…!!!

18)                   Why should the Government spend additional money on the appointment of a new Officer one year in advance when there is no such need … !! !! !

A justified course would be at the outset to correct the grave mistakes existing in army records as this is quite different from altering the records. Then the Government should take a fresh look at the issue after the correction is done and then take a revised decision on whether to appoint a new Chief on year earlier at the cost of the Tax payer’s funds when we are already passing thru a financial strain…!! !!!

Economic and Social Freedom ~ Yet miles away from the common man...

We profoundly remember Dr.Rajender Prasad, the First President of the country, who while addressing the Nation on 26th. January, 1950 had said,
“This is a memorable day in our annals…..”
"Today, for the first time in our long and chequered history, we find the whole of this vast land... brought together under the jurisdiction of one constitution and one union which takes over responsibility for the welfare of more than 320 million men and women who inhabit it…."
"The objective of our Republic is to secure Justice, Liberty and Equality for its citizens and to promote fraternity among the people who inhabit its extensive territories and follow different religions , speak various languages and observe their peculiar customs. We want to live on terms of friendship with all other countries. …”
“Our objective is to achieve progress for our country in every field. Our future programme includes eradication of disease, poverty and ignorance. ………”
“It is essential that in order to achieve this, we must safeguard the freedom that is ours today. But economic and social freedom are as urgent a demand of the time as political freedom. The present requires of us even greater devotion and sacrifice than the past…..”

Well, we did achieve our so called Political freedom 63 years ago, but have we really achieved our economic and social freedom as envisaged by the great leader. No we have not. Moreover, do we find our present leadership genuinely concerned about the subject, NO…!

Let us examine what have we after all achieved in these 63 years. Yes with the growth in Population just three times over, the rate of corruption and exploitation has multiplied in all sectors without any limit, Rate of Inflation has grown innumerable number of times ( and we feel proud to label it as a sign of growth and prosperity) , Rate of un-employment is ever growing ( We call it as an evil necessity, strange but true/ false we don’t know) , Discrimination and Nepotism  is the order of the day, Terrorism and violence  are being accepted as norms ( our immature leadership feels proud to claim that we are better than other terrorists infected countries), Rate of un-employment is growing higher every decade , growth in reservations and special appointments in all sectors , there is a continuous growth in suicides by farmers , the NPA’s ( Non-Performing Assets ) of the banks are growing continuously , The rates of Real estate Industry, drugs and common food items have grown tremendously far beyond the rate of the Growth of the economy as a whole (That has pushed the common man further downwards on a very slippery platform), the rate of growth in frauds and scams is unparalleled in our country, however there is an all-round positive Growth in all kinds of economic offences like Hoarding, adulteration, manipulation of Prices thru cartels, black marketing  and so on……

The irony of fate for the nation is that the so called Leaders who are warming the seats of the Parliament and the Bureaucracy who adorn the seats in the corridors of power are completely satisfied with the existing Rate of Growth…!! Under such circumstances it is just impossible that we could expect any relief, respite or succor from the ruling illiterate leadership in order to buttress the dwindling state of poverty in our country.

The latest report is that ,
“The new poverty measure shows that 8 states out of the 29 states in India have more poor people than 26 poorest African countries combined.”

A new multidimensional poverty Index shows that India is far poorer than Africa in both intensity and in number.

The Multidimensional Poverty Index developed by Oxford University (which will appear in the upcoming UNDP human development report) shows that India is far poorer than Africa not just in number but also in intensity.

Read the following Link :

Hence, only a well-coordinated Joint effort by each and every common man who has even the least of National Spirit left will help in removing all the roadblocks like Corruption, Nepotism, adulteration, Hoarding, black-marketing etc. can be erased so that the dangerous trend of the “Rich becoming Richer and the poor becoming poorer”, could be successfully obstructed in the larger interest of the nation as a whole….!!! What is required is the grand initiative by the common man, an initiative to remove all the impediments that have blocked the road of progress and growth for the common man at one GO…!!!! Only then can the common man can really achieve the much cherished real Economic and Social Freedom…!!!!!!!

Inhuman Torture of Innocent Children in Kashmir Valley on January 26, 2011

Inhuman Torture of Innocent Children

In Kashmir Valley on January 26, 2011

A Reality Show of Separatism Showcased recently in the Kashmir Valley under the complete guidance and protection of the Consortium of National Conference and Congress Party. This is a real life time personal experience of Mr. Vibhu Sharma narrated To Mr. Anurodh Sharma, who in turn sent it to me for my information and feedback. This is a spine chilling story of Inhuman Torture of Innocent Children by the advocate of Separatism materialize recently in the Kashmir Valley. I would like to share the same with my friends over here:

My Experience

by Mr. Vibhu Sharma

When separatist leader 'Yasin Malik' and others marched to 'Lal Chowk' with black flags, the police offered them hot tea and cigarettes. But we were arrested for trying to hoist the National Flag. When we asked for water, the police offered us urine.”

Dozen of BJP youth wing workers who have returned to the Capital — with fractured limbs and numerous wounds — narrated the story of brutality unleashed by the Jammu & Kashmir Police in Srinagar on January 26.

These youth leaders had to sneak into Srinagar and hide in small groups to continue with the plan to hoist the National Flag at Lal Chowk, after threats by separatists and prohibitory orders by the State administration.

While 'Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM)' chief 'Anurag Thakur' and BJP leaders were arrested upon entering Jammu & Kashmir, a couple of youth wing workers made an attempt on January 26 morning to hoist the flag at Lal Chowk.

KK Upadhyay, an engineer from Gurgaon, was the first who tried. He was beaten up. The next group of workers came as close as 20 metres from Lal Chowk. No sooner did one of them take the flag out of his pocket and wave it, that several policemen pounced on him, snatched away the flag, tore it (the National Flag) into pieces and beat him up, fracturing his left hand in the process.

“J&K Police personnel were carrying posters — ‘Indian dogs, go back’. The arrested BJP activists were forced to take off their clothes in sub-zero temperatures. Third degree torture was meted out. Does Prime Minister Manmohan Singh have any explanation for this kind of an action? He should apologise to the nation,” Anurag Thakur told The Pioneer on Friday.

Bhrigu Bakshipatra, Rajesh Chowdhary, Mohan Reddy, Suresh Bagashia (office-bearers), Shyantanam Basu (executive member), Jitendra Meena, Virendra S Khinchi, Lokinder Singh Rajawat, Vijay Upadhyay, Vinod Rawat, Bhupinder Chowdhary, Ashok Bhati (from Rajasthan), RP Singh, Shikha Rai, Hiren Mishra (from Delhi), Pradeep Singh Vaghela, Harsh Sanghavi, Alpesh Sashikant (from Gujarat) and Jitendra Gupta (from West Bengal) had to be admitted to a local hospital after they received serious injuries in a police lathicharge.

The State Police, Thakur said not only tortured party workers but also used obscenities against the BJP national leaders. Maintaining that his yatra was a success - as party workers managed to hoist the flag so close to Lal Chowk despite police cordoning off the area - Thakur said his next plan was to reach out to the people, students in particular, and expose the UPA’s pro-separatist polices.

“We have been successful in our endeavor to excite and rejuvenate India’s youth into proactively taking the cause of national integration and sovereignty,” he said.

MY INTROSPECTION ON THE ABOVE STORY

By Inder Krishen Wali

1)               This is with reference to context of the story ,
But we were arrested for trying to hoist the National Flag.

At the outset, as a normal citizen of India we would like to be educated on, whether it is in any way a criminal act to hoist our National Flag at any of the place of repute within the boundaries of our own Nation...? The answer in general sense is a blunt NO, Not at all...!!! Then WHY were they arrested for no fault/ crime of theirs…????

2)             Well if the authorities in J&K have rudely stopped the innocent children from undertaking a simple nationalistic stand then certainly there must be some anti-social or anti-national or criminal element involved in this action.

If it is in any way a criminal act to hoist our National Flag at any of the place of repute within the boundaries of our own Nation..., then every citizen of the country would like to know, how and why? Because the same children if they wish to hoist our national flag at Connaught Place, Delhi; Fountain, Mumbai; Mount Road, Chennai or Park street , Calcutta ; would they be treated in the same fashion by the respective Governments. We firmly believe the majority would say NO....!!
Rather we are of the view that the respective state Governments would help these enthusiasts to successfully complete their mission and rather provide those with free meals and other facilities at the time of travel in these states. By the way will some learned gentlemen from the PMO or the Home ministry explain ~ Under which article of the constitution of India is it given that we need to have permission to hoist a Flag in our own Nation...??

3)             Very strange, “When we asked for water, the police offered us urine.”

Will anyone take pains to explain as to why those Kashmiri Muslims residing in the Valley were not arrested earlier, when they used to come out in large numbers openly on the streets of the Kashmir Valley shouting anti-India slogans while daringly holding the national flag of Pakistan (our arch enemy) in their hands and that too on our territory and it was very well covered by the national media...??

4)            Read, “When separatist leader 'Yasin Malik' and others marched to 'Lal Chowk' with black flags, the police offered them hot tea and cigarettes.”

Isn’t it very bewildering, why those followers of Yasin Malik and Geelani were not given the same urine at that time by the J&K Police and tortured for showing anti-national feelings...??? Instead they served those anti-national elements with hot tea & cigarettes’....!!! Was that allowed by the Congress party..?? If not then why the Police officers and personnel involved were not taken to task for those anti-national activities..?? If yes, then what is the moral right of the Congress Government to continue in office with such aplomb for openly displaying a very timid approach towards the anti-national elements and thus indirectly supporting such anti-national activities ...!!???
If the PM and his worthless band of spineless creatures don’t have the daring to stop the anti-national elements to raise the flags of our enemy country openly in our own country then with what right  did they struck such a hard blow on our own children for not taking any anti-national stand...!! If the Kashmiri Muslims of the Valley were true to this nation with heart and soul they would have welcomed the children from other states and helped them to hoist the National Flag with pride..!! It is Simple as such..!!!!!

5)              We are further alarmed and perplexed to learn, “Dozen of BJP youth wing workers who have returned to the Capital — with fractured limbs and numerous wounds — narrated the story of brutality unleashed by the Jammu & Kashmir Police in Srinagar on January 26.

Under which national or International Law is it advised to ill-treat in such a rough manner our own children for the simple sanctified job of hoisting our own flag an act of national spirit and that too in our country...!????!!!

6)             Has anyone from the Home Ministry just bothered to investigate, After all Who issued orders to the J&K Police to ill-treat the children of the nation in such a manner to send them back with fractured limbs and numerous wounds — but why were they treated like that; is it only because they dared to show their national spirit openly on the Lal Chowk ????

Is there any doubt whether Lal Chowk, Srinagar is within our own International Boundaries....!!  Why shouldn’t the concerned officer be treated the same way as General Dyer was treated...??? Actually a team should plan to hoist the national Flag in Muzaffarbad next time..!!!! After all it is a universally known fact that West Kashmir is also legally speaking part of Indian Territory which has been illegally occupied by Pakistan.

7)             Isn’t it really amazing and shocking to read...., “These youth leaders had to sneak into Srinagar and hide in small groups to continue with the plan to hoist the National Flag at Lal Chowk, after threats by separatists and prohibitory orders by the State administration.

If our children have to hide themselves from the eyes of our own police only to be allowed themselves to hoist our own National Flag in our own Nation as if it is an anti-national act; then it is really a shame on the part of the authorities who prevented our own boys to hoist the National Flag...? Doesn’t it speak volumes about the ill conceived thought process governed by false ego, element of vengeance, mind-boggling hollow spirit and ridiculous ethics of the authorities concerned to have taken such an action on our own children...???!!!

8)             Is there any such parallel event in the encyclopedia of the International History where the students of the country were prevented by the authorities of their own country to hoist their own National Flag in their own country...???

No certainly not...!! The History has many such instances where the activists were roughed up for hoisting flag but only when the activists had tried to hoist the flag in an enemy territory that they were arrested by the Police of the enemy nation...!!! Logically does that prove that the Central Government silently realises/accepts that they have no control left what-so-ever on the administrative machinery of the J&K State Government....!!???

9)            While 'Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM)' chief 'Anurag Thakur' and BJP leaders were arrested upon entering Jammu & Kashmir, a couple of youth wing workers made an attempt on January 26 morning to hoist the flag at Lal Chowk.

Will the Government Issue a white Paper on justifying with logical reasoning as to why they were arrested at the border? After all they were going with Kalashnikovs or AK47 rifles or hidden hand grenades’ into the valley..!! They had openly declared their simple purpose of their visit which was governed by a sublime mission...??  Why the citizens of J&K should be at all affected by the entry of such peace loving people into the state...!! After all they had not gone there for any anti-national activity as the Islamic terrorists have been doing so all along in the state.

If the common residents of the valley have no problem in inviting terrorists from enemy nations to sneak into the valley only to disturb the  peace of the state then why were they disturbed because of our children entering the valley just like any other tourist...!!

Had they welcomed these people as any other tourist the whole world would have realized their high sense of hospitality and in turn they would have seen a sudden splurge in the tourist traffic next season who would not have bothered about the directions / sanctions of the International Governments not to visit the valley because of the unrest and uncomfortable atmosphere prevailing in the valley for the past two decades...!! But, the foolish Government of Kashmir has lost a beautiful opportunity to use these children as their ambassadors for enhancing tourist traffic without spending a penny..!!

10)          “KK Upadhyay, an engineer from Gurgaon, was the first who tried.

Does the Government of India have any valid answer as to why at the outset Mr. Upadhyay was beaten up..?? What was his actual nature of crime..?? Was there no other peaceful method to control the boys??  Is it that the J&K Police had some hidden revengeful agenda with simple vengeance or was it done under the orders from the State / Central Government.., of torturing the boys who had gone there from other states...?? Does the Home Ministry approve of this heinous action of the state Government towards our own citizens? What if the Children of J&K are treated in the same manner by the Police of other states for no fault of theirs? Would the Home Ministry have tolerated such an action of any other state...!! If not then why did they allow it to happen in J&K…!!!

11)          If the J&K Police had acted illegally with vengeance then they why shouldn’t they be taken to task immediately without any delay..???

12)        If these orders to torture the peace loving boys was done under the official orders from the State/Central Government then both the governments don’t have any moral right to continue in office and must resign forthwith...??!!!

13)         How come just taking out the National Flag from one’s pocket only to open it by waving it in the air amount to any kind of national crime such that the entire Police Force should have pounced and beat the person concerned...?

It is a real shame for the Police force and the Government of J&K....!!! Well the central Government can’t absolve itself from the sinful act either, for being a silent spectator is equally responsible for the grave crime of sedition committed by a federal Government functioning under the Constitution of India...!!

14)        In fact, as per the Constitution of India the Policemen of J&K Police (a public servant) has committed a gross violation of law by first “snatching” away (disrespectfully) the National Flag from the hands of the peace loving boys and second again by “tearing” the same flag (Our National Flag) without waiting for a second as if it was a bomb and he needed to diffuse it..!!

In fact we are surprised that why the Supreme Court has not asked for an explanation from the State Government as well as Home ministry on the grave violation of law by the J&K Police in open...!!
Why those Policemen and their officers have not yet been taken to task for showing such gross disrespect to the National Flag as per law passed by the Parliament...!!????
Why the Central Government is quite on the subject..!!??
Why they have not yet issued summons or asked for the resignation of Omar Abdullah for having mishandled the situation and has in the process hurt the sentiments of the whole nation..!!??
Let the Central Government decide who should pay the price for allowing such anti-national actions and that too by the Public servants....???!!

15)        These boys did not have AK47 in their hands then why was the police so antagonized with their appearance so much so that had to beat them so hard that their limbs were fractured...??  In any way they were not a danger to the survival of the local populace and society...!!

Well, the leadership of BJP or the state Governments of other states may be full of spineless leaders as they have not yet created a genuine furor on the issue as it demanded against the actions of the J&K Government or Centre but the majority community of India is certainly disheartened by the grave commission of negligence on the part of the State Government of J&K towards our children for no fault of theirs...???!!! It is really strange that the J&K Police should not have dared to fracture the limbs of those anti-national forces and leaders who dared to raise anti-India slogans on the streets of the valley in various anti-India demonstrations earlier.

16)        “J&K Police personnel were carrying posters — ‘Indian dogs, go back’ ”
Why did the media not cover this act of sedition...?!? Are the authorities in the Central Government aware of this amazing phenomenon ....!!!?????
If Yes, then what action have they taken against such anti-national forces? And if the answer to this question is NO, then with what moral right the party in power is occupying the seats of power.

17)         The arrested BJP activists were forced to take off their clothes in sub-zero temperatures. Third degree torture was meted out.

When it was very well known that the boys had gone there with the sole purpose to hoist the National Flag in our own territory..!! They were not carrying any fire arms or ammunition so that they could have been a potential danger to the society then why did the J&K Police make use of such third degree torture on them..?? Will Mr. Omar Abdullah reply to this simple question...!! ??? Does this boy Omar, who got the power not because of his father or grandfather but because of the provisions of the Constitution of India, dare to question the supremacy of the Constitution of India...???

Friends, analyzing the various dimensions of this event threadbare has only proved that the Central Government has been all along fooled by the State Government but in reality the spineless leaders of the Central Government have no control or knowledge of the ground realities existing in the valley and are blank what-so-ever about the general administration of the state of J&K...!!
Moreover, the million Dollar question is by such irresponsible action of the authorities of the representatives of the GOI it is beyond our comprehension to understand what message the Government of India has tried to convey to the youth of India regarding their sentiments attached with the National Flag of India which they have been holding so close to their heart...!!!
Hence, it is very clear now that the Central Government has lost the moral right to govern the Nation...???
